Job summary

XM in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a passionate Partner Relations professional to join our dynamic team. You will develop retention strategies, act as the main partner contact, and help tailor our products and services to partner needs.

The role requires a business-related degree, fluency in Kazakh and Russian with strong English, and excellent communication. You will monitor partner satisfaction, stay abreast of industry trends, and contribute to continuous improvement through

Qualifications

• Degree in any business-related field.
• Client handling experience in the financial services sector will be considered an advantage.
• Fluent Kazakh and Russian speaker with excellent oral and written skills in English.
• Reliable, with integrity of character.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamic, innovative and target oriented.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Valid work permit required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Partner retention strategies as per the Company’s overall strategy to enhance loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
• Act as the main contact for Partners, fostering strong relationships through personalized support.
• Monitor Partners’ satisfaction, gather and utilize relevant feedback to improve experiences and tailor initiatives accordingly.
• Analyse Partners’ behavior to uncover opportunities for upselling and customization of products and services.
• Stay up to date on Company’s products and marketing promotions and communicate them effectively to Partners.
• Communicate ideas and suggestions for platform improvements to the Business Development teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in Partner retention, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the Company’s retention efforts.
• Undertake any other relevant task as assigned.
