Zusammenfassung

AXI is seeking a Business Development professional to grow the Central Asia partner portfolio from the ground up. You will research the market, identify prospects, and gradually own that market by establishing strong partnerships, onboarding new partners, and coordinating cross-functionally.

You will also monitor partner performance, manage CRM records, and ensure timely, high-quality communications in Uzbek and English.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Native Uzbek speaker with understanding of the Central Asian market and cultural nuances.
• Fluent in English for professional written and verbal communications.
• Russian language skills are a strong plus.
• Some exposure to or knowledge of financial markets (forex, CFDs) is preferred.
• Comfortable picking up new systems; experience with a CRM tool is good to have.
• Proactive and coachable; motivated to progress from portfolio support to owning a market.
• Genuinely curious about financial markets and eager to grow in the domain.

Aufgaben

• Act as the first point of contact for a defined set of partners, resolving queries and service requests quickly and to a high standard.
• Monitor partner performance across trading volumes, client acquisition numbers, and commission data; surface trends and flag issues to the Head of Business Development.
• Own the CRM: maintain accurate partner records and produce regular performance reports for senior management.
• Coordinate across compliance, payments, marketing, and support to resolve partner issues efficiently.
• Onboard new partners end-to-end—from account setup to product walkthroughs and marketing materials.
• Research the Central Asian market—competitors, regulatory environment, and potential partners; build a pipeline ahead of Q3 expansion.
• Manage partner communications in Uzbek and English to reflect the quality of service expected by Axi's partners.
