Axi is a global broker expanding its Central Asia footprint. You will join the Business Development team to manage a defined partner portfolio, research the Central Asia landscape, and own the market foundation.

You will onboard partners, track performance, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely, high-quality service. The role requires Uzbek language proficiency, English fluency, and a proactive attitude with a strong interest in financial markets.

Formación

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role or equivalent where responsiveness and relationship quality matter.
• Native Uzbek speaker with deep understanding of Central Asia business nuances.
• Fluent English in written and verbal partner communications.
• Russian language skills are a strong plus given Central Asia reach.
• Some exposure to financial markets – forex, CFDs, or trading landscape is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and quick system adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for a defined set of partners, resolving queries quickly.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and flag issues to leadership.
• Own the CRM: maintain partner records and produce regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with compliance, payments, marketing, and support to resolve partner requests.
• Onboard new partners end-to-end and provide marketing materials to activate them.
• Research Central Asia landscape and build a qualified pipeline ahead of expansion.
• Manage partner communications in Uzbek and English.
