Job summary

XM Careers in Dubai is seeking a Partner Relations Manager to cultivate and maintain strong partnerships, driving retention and value. You will act as the primary liaison for partners, align strategies with product offerings, and support continuous improvement through feedback and market insights.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, excellent communication in English and Urdu, and the ability to work autonomously under pressure within the UAE market. A valid work permit is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in a business-related field.
• Fluent Urdu and English language.
• Experience in partner relations or similar roles is advantageous.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Willingness to work in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement partner retention strategies to enhance loyalty and maximise lifetime value.
• Act as the main contact for Partners, fostering strong relationships through personalised support.
• Monitor Partners' satisfaction and gather feedback to improve experiences.
• Analyze Partners' behavior to uncover upsell opportunities and product/service customization.
• Stay up to date on company products and promotions and communicate them to Partners.
• Communicate platform improvement ideas to the Business Development teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in partner retention to improve retention efforts.
• Undertake any other relevant task as assigned.
