Job summary

XM in Dubai seeks a passionate Partner Relations Manager to cultivate strong relationships with our Partners and drive growth through strategic collaborations. You will act as the main contact, monitor satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities while staying aligned with product promotions.

Requirements include a business degree, fluent English and Urdu, excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously under pressure. Valid work permit is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships.
• Fluent in Urdu and English (oral and written).
• Target-driven and resourceful with the ability to work autonomously under pressure.
• Valid work permit is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement partner retention strategies to enhance loyalty and maximise lifetime value.
• Serve as the main contact for Partners, delivering personalised support and fostering strong relationships.
• Monitor Partners’ satisfaction and gather feedback to improve experiences and tailor initiatives.
• Analyze partner behavior to identify upsell opportunities and customize products/services.
• Communicate product promotions and updates from the Company to Partners.
• Provide ideas for platform improvements to the Business Development teams.

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Partner Relations Manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our Partners. This role involves strategising to grow and leverage partnerships that enhance the company's product offerings and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Partner retention strategies as per the Company's overall strategy to enhance loyalty and maximise lifetime value
• Act as the main contact for Partners, fostering strong relationships through personalised support
• Monitor Partners’ satisfaction, gather and utilise relevant feedback to improve experiences and tailor initiatives accordingly
• Analyse Partners 'behavior to uncover opportunities for upselling and customisation of products and services
• Stay up to date on Company's products and marketing promotions and communicate them effectively to Partners
• Communicate ideas and suggestions for platform improvements to the Business Development teams
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in Partner retention, continuously seeking opportunities to improve the Company's retention efforts
• Undertake any other relevant task as assigned

Main requirements:

• Degree in a business-related field
• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
• Fluent Urdu speaker with excellent oral and written skills in English
• Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Target-oriented and resourceful
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
• Valid work permit
