Job summary

Talabat is seeking an Account Manager to nurture and grow partnerships with restaurant and vendor partners in Dubai. You will optimize partner presence on the platform, drive sales, and deliver value through data-driven insights.

You will analyze performance data to identify menu, pricing, and delivery improvements, collaborate with internal teams, and coordinate marketing campaigns to boost order volume. An ambitious, market-aware professional thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Data-Driven Consulting: Analyze sales, operational, and engagement data to identify improvements in menu, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics and share actionable recommendations.
• Account Growth & Optimization: Identify growth opportunities, upsell services, suggest cross-promotions, and optimize partner content for engagement and conversion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to address partner needs and ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
• Contract Management & Compliance: Negotiate and renew agreements and ensure SLA compliance and operational standards.
