Job summary

Talabat is seeking an Account Manager in Dubai to manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners. You will analyze performance data and provide insights to optimize menus, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics, while driving revenue and efficiency on the platform.

In this role you will identify growth opportunities, coordinate campaigns, ensure partner satisfaction, and collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to resolve issues and renew contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering value to partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
• Data-Driven Consulting: Analyze sales, operations, and engagement data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Account Growth & Optimization: Identify opportunities within the portfolio, upsell services, and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to address partner needs.
• Contract Management & Compliance: Negotiate and renew agreements and ensure SLAs and standards are met.
