Job summary

Talabat in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager to steward restaurant and vendor partnerships, optimizing their presence on the platform and driving growth. You will serve as the main contact, using data-driven insights to boost performance and revenue.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales and menu performance, coordinating campaigns, and collaborating with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to ensure partner success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success (experience in food tech, FMCG, or e-commerce is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets to analyze performance and generate insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering value to partners.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
