Job summary

Talabat is seeking an Account Manager in Abu Dhabi to manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners. You will optimize their presence on the platform, drive sales, and ensure partner satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to deliver campaigns and resolve issues. The role focuses on data-driven insights, menu optimization, pricing, and promotions to boost revenue and efficiency, with a strong emphasis on ongoing partner success and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success (food tech/FMCG/e-commerce is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
• Ensure high partner satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service excellence.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing partners with insights to grow their business on the platform.
• Analyze sales, operational, and engagement data to identify improvements in menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics.
• Share actionable recommendations based on performance metrics to drive revenue and efficiency.
• Conduct regular business reviews to align on results, opportunities, and growth plans.
• Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio – upsell services, cross-promotions, and improve partner performance.
• Support partners in optimizing content (menu structure, images, delivery times) for better engagement and conversion.
• Recommend and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions to drive order volume.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to address partner needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and issue resolution for assigned accounts.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements to ensure fair and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure partners comply with SLAs and maintain operational standards, including delivery quality and availability.
