Job summary

talabat is seeking an Account Manager in Abu Dhabi to manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners, optimizing their presence on our platform and driving sales.

You will analyze performance data, share actionable recommendations, and coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to deliver results while ensuring partner satisfaction. Relocation to Abu Dhabi is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success (experience in food tech, FMCG, or e-commerce is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets to analyze performance and generate insights.
• Must be living in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering value to partners.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing restaurant and vendor partners.
• Analyze sales, operational, and engagement data to identify areas for improvement in menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics.
• Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio – upsell services, suggest cross-promotions, and improve partner performance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to address partner needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements to ensure a fair and strategic partnership.
