Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Must be living in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value to partners.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners; ensure high partner satisfaction and retention; provide insights to drive growth.
• Data-Driven Consulting: Analyze sales, operations, and engagement data; offer actionable recommendations to improve menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics.
• Account Growth & Optimization: Identify growth opportunities, upsell services, coordinate marketing campaigns to drive order volume.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to address partner needs and resolve issues; support onboarding and campaign execution.
• Contract Management & Compliance: Negotiate renewals; ensure SLAs and standards are met.
