Role Context

The Parent Relations Executive serves as a central connection between school leadership, admissions personnel and the parent community. The role supports enrolment by presenting the school professionally, responding to family needs and maintaining informative communication channels. Strong relationships and consistent service also help improve student retention and encourage parents to participate actively in school life.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an accessible point of contact for current and prospective parents.
• Develop trusted working relationships with families across the school community.
• Coordinate and lead school tours for prospective parents and visitors.
• Present the school 's curriculum, facilities and distinguishing features accurately.
• Follow up with tour participants and support their progression through the enrolment process.
• Contribute to the achievement of annual admissions and enrolment targets.
• Manage daily Front of House and reception service standards.
• Ensure parents receive professional support across telephone, email, digital and in-person channels.
• Resolve routine concerns and coordinate complex cases with the appropriate school team.
• Keep the Principal informed about significant parent feedback and relationship matters.
• Develop newsletters and other communications covering school activities and announcements.
• Maintain accurate and current information across parent-facing communication channels.
• Plan events that encourage family participation in school activities and celebrations.
• Coordinate community initiatives that strengthen connections between parents and the school.
• Gather stories, achievements and photographs for internal and external communication.
• Prepare appropriate content for the school website, newsletters and on-campus displays.
• Create and schedule content for approved social media platforms.
• Manage school activity across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels.
• Ensure published content follows safeguarding, consent and brand requirements.
• Conduct surveys to understand the experiences of new and existing parents.
• Analyze survey responses and prepare recommendations for school leadership.
• Work with the Principal and corporate marketing team on the school marketing strategy.
• Support campaigns designed to generate inquiries and convert suitable families.
• Review marketing materials regularly and replace outdated information.
• Maintain records of inquiries, tours, enrolment activity and engagement outcomes.
• Use data to evaluate communication effectiveness and parent-service quality.

Ideal Profile

A BA, BSc or another relevant college degree from a recognized institution is desirable. Applicants should have at least two years of experience in customer service, parent relations, admissions, hospitality, community engagement or a comparable people-facing position. Proven success meeting sales or enrolment targets is mandatory.
