Job summary

GEMS Education in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Parents Relations Executive to support the principal in building a strong parent community and achieving enrolment targets. You will provide exceptional customer service to parents, promote the school, and support marketing initiatives across English and Arabic channels.

You will coordinate tours, manage Front of House, develop newsletters, and organize parent events.

Qualifications

• Degree from a reputed university is desirable.
• Minimum two years in a customer service focused role.
• Proven success with meeting sales targets is mandatory; ability to influence the team to deliver results.
• Relationship management experience with parental community.
• Effective written and spoken communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead school tours for prospective parents and visitors to meet enrolment targets.
• Manage Front of House/Reception delivering high-quality customer service to parents.
• Develop and maintain school communications channels (newsletters, etc.).
• Organize parent/community events to engage parents in school activities.
• Promote the school using stories and photos for internal and external channels.
• Collaborate on retention strategies with key school leaders and Marketing.
• Survey new parent views and analyze feedback with recommendations.
• Assist with development and implementation of the school marketing strategy.
• Develop events calendar with Principal/CEO and Registrar to support enrolment activities.
• Ensure GEMS policies and codes of conduct are followed.
• Maintain open lines of communication with parents for concerns and feedback.
• Promote other GEMS schools when appropriate.
• Attend meetings and serve on committees.
