Key Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective parents to explain admission procedures, curriculum pathways, fee structures, and GEMS services
• Guide families through the full admissions journey with transparency, responsiveness, and professionalism
• Maintain accurate admissions records, documentation, and data across assigned schools
• Support management of the admissions pipeline in line with agreed SLAs and conversion targets
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective families to drive engagement and enrolment conversion
• Coordinate with senior leadership teams to obtain prompt assessment and application feedback
• Support retention initiatives and achievement of re-enrolment targets aligned with KPIs
• Prepare and share enrolment progress reports, projections, and performance metrics
• Provide insights on parent feedback, lead quality, and market trends to sales and marketing teams
• Gather and share competitor intelligence through parent interactions and community engagement
• Support cross-sell opportunities across GEMS schools and programmes within the cluster

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related discipline
• Minimum of two years' experience in a customer service or admissions-focused role
• Proven success in achieving sales or enrolment targets
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, fast-paced environment
