Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Senior Manager of Operational Excellence to design and implement standardized, scalable operating models across Carrefour’s ecommerce and omnichannel operations at the Head Office in the UAE. The role emphasizes process standardization, governance, and future-readiness through robust SOPs and frameworks.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end initiatives, building governance for SOP adherence, and driving demand forecasting improvements for stores and DC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, continuous improvement, transformation, or retail/ecommerce operations.
• Strong analytical, PMO, and structured problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational excellence initiatives across ecommerce fulfilment, store-linked operations, dark store / DC interfaces, and omnichannel execution.
• Define, redesign, and standardize core operating processes to improve efficiency, consistency, governance, and execution quality.
• Own the design and rollout of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operating frameworks by format/function, as explicitly identified in the approved proposal.
• Lead process diagnostics, root-cause analysis, process mapping, and redesign initiatives across critical operational pain points.
