Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, operations or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, business transformation or retail operations.
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational-excellence programs across e-commerce fulfillment and omnichannel execution.
• Review workflows connecting stores, dark stores and distribution centers.
• Map complete operating processes to expose delays, duplication, control gaps and unclear ownership.
• Conduct structured diagnostics and root-cause analysis for recurring performance problems.
• Redesign critical processes to improve speed, consistency and execution quality.
• Define standardized operating models for different retail formats and business functions.
• Develop, document and roll out standard operating procedures.
• Ensure procedures include practical responsibilities, controls, escalation routes and performance measures.
• Create reusable frameworks that support consistent implementation across multiple locations.
• Apply the improvement sequence of eliminating unnecessary work before automating and optimizing remaining activities.
• Assess automation opportunities only after validating the underlying process.
• Improve demand-forecasting processes supporting stores and distribution operations.
• Work with relevant teams to strengthen forecast inputs, ownership and review routines.
• Redesign stock-correction processes to reduce inaccuracies and repetitive manual effort.
• Evaluate Retail Insight autocorrection and related automation opportunities.
• Establish prioritized roadmaps based on operational impact, complexity and implementation readiness.
• Sequence transformation initiatives to protect business continuity and frontline capacity.
• Build governance routines that track implementation milestones and unresolved dependencies.
• Monitor compliance with approved operating procedures and control requirements.
• Define indicators for process adoption, operational quality and sustainable performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across operations, supply chain, e-commerce, technology and commercial teams.
• Lead workshops that turn stakeholder knowledge into agreed future-state processes.
• Present risks, progress and performance findings to senior leadership.
• Guide teams through process and behavior changes while maintaining accountability.
• Capture lessons from implementation and incorporate them into future standards.
