Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, operations management or a related field.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt an advantage.
• 3–6 years in project management, process improvement, retail operations or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational diagnostic reviews across stores, distribution centers and e‑commerce functions.
• Gather data from operational sources and define problems using evidence and analysis.
• Conduct root-cause investigations to identify factors behind performance gaps.
• Quantify opportunities and support recommendations with evidence.
• Develop dashboards and reports for monitoring and governance.
• Track milestones, action logs and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Prepare handover packs and SOPs for implementation.
