Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai seeks an experienced eCommerce Manager to drive strategy, online P&L and profitable growth. You will leverage data insights, performance marketing, operations and online merchandising to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers and agencies, you will lead cross-functional initiatives across omnichannel channels to optimise site performance and conversions.

Qualifications

Experience driving online P&L and digital channel performance.
Strong data-led decision making and analytics.
Ability to translate brand strategy into on-site actions and campaigns.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: lead annual eCommerce strategy and budget with GM and Brand GM.
Online Merchandising: develop product assortment, optimise site categorisation and content.
Performance Marketing & Web Analytics: run campaigns across PPC, Social, Display; optimise spend and KPIs.
Product Management: align product strategy with customer needs and brand objectives.
Cross-Functional Leadership: drive omnichannel initiatives and roadmaps across teams.
