Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or a comparable discipline.
• Eight to twelve years of relevant experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, process transformation, e-commerce operations or related environments.
• Candidates with grocery retail, digital fulfillment, omnichannel or supply chain experience will be well aligned.

Responsibilities

• Direct process-transformation initiatives across Carrefour's omnichannel operations.
• Assess fulfillment workflows spanning stores, dark stores and distribution facilities.
• Document current processes and identify delays, rework, duplicated activity and control weaknesses.
• Facilitate root-cause investigations into recurring operational failures.
• Design future-state workflows with clear roles, decision points and escalation paths.
• Create operating models that can be applied across formats and functions.
