Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end daily operations across assigned sites or stores.
• Supervise store operations and ensure smooth execution of workflows.
• Monitor customer‑facing metrics while maintaining cost and safety targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct operational audits including 4M and 5S standards.
