Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to logistics and transport planning teams to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Act as a commercial contact for customers and ensure service delivery meets SLA and KPI requirements.
• Maintain accurate SAP system records including shipment creation, delivery updates, bin location updates, and system entries.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports including SNA updates, PDI feed reports, and daily kilometer reports.
• Support Auto Units Supervisors and Transport Planners in coordinating logistics activities and warehouse operations.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure operational efficiency.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and assist in implementing process enhancements.
• Maintain communication with warehouse teams to ensure company announcements, promotions, and operational notices are shared.
• Record meeting minutes and perform documentation and filing tasks for operational records.
• Assist the Operations Manager in preparing incident reports and operational updates for senior management.
• Support cross‑training across automotive logistics departments to develop knowledge of the full supply chain process.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in warehouse operations, transport planning, or logistics coordination roles.
• Strong knowledge of transport planning processes and warehouse operations.
