MIRA Construction is looking for an experienced and hands‑on Operations Manager / Project Manager for one of our projects in Bakery Industry. We are looking for a professional to oversee and optimise the daily operations of the bakery business. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in bakery, hotel, or restaurant industries and a strong background in managing teams, processes, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the bakery.
• Manage HR‑related processes: payroll, recruitment (if needed), onboarding, and staff qualification training.
• Ensure smooth supply chain and handle procurement, inventory, and delivery logistics.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in excellent condition.
• Monitor performance and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute operational projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager, preferably in the bakery, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and operational best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• English - B2‑C1, Russian is preferable, but not obligatory.
