A leading educational institution in Abu Dhabi seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily functions, manage staff, and drive enrollment through strategic marketing. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of operational experience, and excellent leadership skills. Oversee daily operations of the education center to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Manage academic and administrative staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Develop and implement marketing strategies targeting both B2C (students, parents) and B2B (schools, corporate clients, partners) segments to drive enrollment, retention, and brand awareness.
Monitor business performance, including Profit & Loss, budgeting, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and other relevant requirements.
Enhance the student experience through high-quality programs, services, and engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with academic teams to support curriculum delivery, teaching excellence, and educational quality.
Implement operational improvements, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Serve as point of contact with parents, students, corporate clients, and other external stakeholders regarding operational, academic, and business matters, whenever necessary.
Develop strategic plans to expand the center’s programs, services, and revenue streams across both B2B and B2C channels.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including corporate partnerships, school collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.
Oversee vendor relationships, procurement, and facility management to ensure smooth center operations.
Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to support data-driven decision-making.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability among staff.
Lead initiatives to improve student and client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction across all segments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in education, training, or a service-based business.
Experience in recruitment, marketing, business development, and financial management (P&L).
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and educational management software.
