Qualifications

• Strong understanding of multi–venue trade lifecycle and custody models.
• Experience building operational infrastructure in systematic trading environments.
• Hands-on with systems, data, workflows, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the operating model across trading and execution.
• Define and enforce operational accountability with documented procedures.
• Lead Middle Office control and Operations execution as a single integrated system.

Skills

8–15 years of experience in hedge fund, proprietary trading, or digital asset trading operations
