Job summary

Amazon Now Operations is seeking an experienced Team Lead in Dubai to drive field rollout, CIR ownership, and stakeholder management across multiple last-mile sites. You will partner with Operations Executives to mitigate risks and ensure policy adherence.

The role requires 1+ years in customer-facing environments, warehousing or logistics, and fluency in Arabic and English. This full-time position is based in the United Arab Emirates with on-site work in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
• Fluency in Arabic (reading, writing and speaking).
• Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Amazon Now Operations team activities and ensure rollout of standard work across sites.
• Own end-to-end Community Issue Resolution (CIR) workflow and escalate as needed.
• Maintain relationships with building management and security across sites; log interactions and manage tickets.
• Identify and mitigate community risks in partnership with site teams and OEs.
