Job summary

Amazon Now operations in the UAE is seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage end-to-end warehousing and last-mile activity across one large site or multiple sites. You will lead a team, ensure safety, productivity and quality, and work to meet customer-facing metrics.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, training, and continuous process improvement, with daily 4M/5S audits and readiness to stand in for the Area Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily operations for one large site or multiple sites.
• Meet customer-facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
• Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
• Continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.
• Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the stores on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.
