Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport in Dubai, UAE, seeks an Operations Lead to design and launch a new service for fast delivery. You will build and scale operations, supervise stores, and drive end-to-end performance.

You will meet customer-facing metrics, manage costs, run 4M and 5S audits daily, and stand in for the Area Manager. A high school diploma is required, with logistics/operations experience preferred.

As an Operations Lead, you'll build and scale a new service from the ground up, directly shaping how we serve our customers through strategic operational excellence.

Key job responsibilities

• Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising store operations:
• Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
• Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
• Continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.
• Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the stores on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.
