Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport in Dubai seeks an Operations Lead to design and scale a new service across MENA. You will manage end-to-end site operations, drive performance, and shape how we serve customers with strategic operational excellence.

You will supervise daily throughput, meet customer-facing metrics while controlling costs, and implement training plans for associates. This role offers rapid impact within a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Experience in a logistics/operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for one large site or multiple smaller sites, supervising store operations.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and ensuring safety and morale of the team.
• Drive performance management; plan and implement training and development for associates.
• Continuously improve operations processes to sustain high performance.
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits for stores.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.

As an Operations Lead, you’ll build and scale a new service from the ground up, directly shaping how we serve our customers through strategic operational excellence.

Key job responsibilities

• Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising store operations:
• Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
• Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
• Continuously improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement.
• Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the stores on a daily basis.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.
