Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group seeks an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily operations of a luxury Japanese dining concept within our Ras Al Khaimah property. You will lead a service team, ensure top-tier guest experiences, and uphold high standards of hospitality.

The role requires strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and fluent English. A Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred, with a focus on training and excellence in guest service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, including ingredients and dining etiquette.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team-leading experience in F&B.
• Excellent communication and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring luxury dining standards.
• Lead and coach service team to deliver attentive, personalised experiences.
• Oversee service sequences, etiquette and knowledge of Japanese offerings.
• Coordinate with culinary team to ensure accurate order delivery and presentation.
• Conduct daily briefings and monitor team performance during service.
