InterContinental Fujairah Resort is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee In-Room Dining operations, ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction and seamless service integration with the kitchen and other departments. You will lead and coach the team, uphold brand standards, and manage dining quality, hygiene, and timely delivery.

The role requires experience in hotel F&B, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure, including shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in F&B operations, hotel supervisory role.
• Previous In-Room Dining or Room Service experience required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily In-Room Dining operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with hotel and brand standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver personalized guest service, maintain productivity, and achieve departmental objectives.
• Oversee In-Room Dining orders from order taking and preparation coordination to timely delivery, setup, and collection, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, service consistency, hygiene, and presentation.
• Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally, implementing effective service recovery to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service and timely fulfilment of guest requirements.
• Monitor staffing, duty schedules, briefings, and task allocation to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations during all service periods.
• Control operating supplies, service equipment, and inventory while minimizing wastage and ensuring proper stock handling in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Monitor guest feedback, service performance, and operational standards, implementing corrective actions and improvements where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and hotel operating procedures, while performing other reasonable duties as assigned.
