Job summary

InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is hiring a passionate F&B Attendant to deliver luxurious dining experiences in a seaside setting. You will welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and guide guests through Japanese cuisine with warmth and professionalism.

You will work closely with culinary and service teams to maintain pristine dining areas, ensure precise service, and respond promptly to guest feedback while upholding our luxury service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an F&B Attendant or Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests warmly and providing attentive, personalised service throughout their dining experience.
• Presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders, and offering recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Developing a good understanding of Japanese cuisine, ingredients and dining traditions to confidently guide guests through the menu.
• Ensuring food and beverages are served accurately, efficiently and according to our luxury service standards.
• Preparing and maintaining the restaurant's dining areas, ensuring cleanliness, proper table settings and attention to detail.
• Anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests to create memorable dining experiences.
• Working closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Handling guest feedback professionally and supporting service recovery when required.
• Following food safety, hygiene and responsible beverage service standards.
