Sky Systems, Inc. (SkySys) is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician (Backfill/Secondary Support) for onsite duties in Dubai.

The role focuses on hardware, software, and OS troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, with strong ticketing and client communication requirements. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT field support, familiarity with LAN/WAN basics, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years IT infrastructure field support experience.
• Desktops, printers, laptops and peripherals hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic administration of Windows, macOS, or Linux OS.
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP knowledge.
• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or Remedy).
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side IT support at client sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
