Job summary

IT WORKS SOLUTIONS LLC in Dubai is seeking an IT Support / IT Services Engineer to deliver reliable technical support to clients, maintain IT infrastructure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

This entry-level role involves working onsite and remote support, traveling to client sites as needed, and ensuring business-critical IT systems run smoothly with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, AD, and networking expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
Experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, servers, and network devices.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients and end users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
Monitor and maintain client IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Respond to support tickets and ensure issues are resolved within agreed service levels.
Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, solutions, and system configurations.
