Job summary
IT WORKS SOLUTIONS LLC in Dubai is seeking an IT Support/IT Services Engineer to deliver reliable technical support to clients, maintain IT infrastructure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. You will provide onsite and remote support, manage Windows OS, Microsoft 365, AD, networks, backups, and cybersecurity basics.
Travel to client sites may be required; strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Solid networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers/switches.
- Experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices.
- Familiarity with backup, endpoint security, and cybersecurity practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients and end users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment.
- Support Windows, Microsoft 365, email systems, and business apps.
- Configure LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access control.
- Monitor client IT infrastructure for optimal performance and availability.
- Assist with server, backup, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery solutions.
