Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR and/or onboarding experience.
• Comfortable working with HR data and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and experience
• Maintain onboarding docs, records and files
• Coordinate HR administration, contracts and letters
• Maintain HR trackers, data accuracy and reporting
• Produce HR reports and dashboards from Excel data
• Support internal HR initiatives and content activities
