Qualifications

• Perfect understanding of OnBase Workview concept.

Job description

• Respond to internal business user requests for assistance with issues related to application functions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner with oversight and coordination with business user team members. Work with vendor technical consultants for configuration of applications and issue resolution as needed.
• Update system to fix defects or to complete minor enhancement requests.
• Assists with the maintenance of OnBase environment servers and performance of upgrades and patches, including support of routine patch testing related OnBase integration.
• Administration and management of an OnBase system, including Test and Production environments.
• Leads or participates in business process reviews and works with process improvement groups to gather business requirements and complete needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis. Utilizes project management skills to build and deploy solutions that align with business initiatives.
• Test changes to business applications and ensure performance is as designed; work with team members to resolve any issues.
• Compose internal documentation that reflects changes made to the application, with direct oversight from team members. Includes descriptions of workflows, scripts, system configuration and design, workview applications and function.
• Safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of internal systems and data.
• Planning for future growth of the system.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years working with a Hyland OnBase System (Workflow & Workview) required.
• Perfect understanding of OnBase Workview concept.
• Ability to plan, execute, and deliver on projects in a timely manner, plus the ability to multi-task on varying projects and initiatives.
• Very high attention to detail; organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvement.
• Experience in process analysis, design and transforming accounting processes.
• Strong technical skills, including experience in advanced use of:
• SQL.
• MS Excel.
• .Net is a plus.
• The position requires excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Stellar work ethic.

Additional desired experience and skills:

• OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) preferred.
• OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OSWA) preferred.
• OnBase Certified Workview Administrator (OSWV) preferred.
