Job summary

EY is seeking an On-site Technology Support Specialist (Associate) within Enterprise Technology in Dubai. You will enable EY people to work efficiently and securely by delivering fit-for-purpose end-user support across hardware, software, and mobile devices in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of end-user tech support experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in end-user technology support.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience supporting office moves or large user groups.
Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and support deployment, installation, configuration, and testing of hardware and software.
Assist with provisioning and deprovisioning processes, including onboarding new hires and collecting hardware from separating employees.
Resolve incidents related to firm‑standard hardware, software, and mobile technologies, while identifying trends to prevent future issues.
Provide after‑hours support for escalated issues under minimal supervision.
Perform asset management activities including procurement, inventory, tracking, and distribution in line with EY policies.
Support off‑site technology needs for firm‑sponsored meetings, events, office moves, and relocations.
Act as “remote hands” for other EY Technology teams such as Telecommunications and Hosting.
Maintain a strong understanding of EY Technology services to proactively address end‑user needs.
Anticipate and resolve technology issues that may impact productivity across the firm.
