Job summary
The Landmark Group is seeking an experienced EUC Operations & Support specialist in Dubai to provide end-user IT support for desktops, MS 365, printers, and network connectivity. You will deliver priority VIP user support, ensure meeting room and AV readiness, and coordinate with ISG for security and access management.
Minimum 4+ years in a tech setup, strong AD/Intune/SCCM and ITIL knowledge, plus excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills are required.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in a technology setup, preferably in retail.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, basic macOS and mobile OS.
- Hands-on experience with AD, Group Policy, Intune/SCCM.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and ITIL processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced 24/7 retail operations with flexible shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, MS 365, printers and network.
- Deliver priority support to VIP users with timely incident resolution.
- Ensure meeting room and AV infrastructure functioning; collaborate with ISG.
- Support onboarding, device readiness, and basic network connectivity.
- Provide hands-on IT infrastructure support and escalation when needed.
- Communicate professionally with VIP stakeholders and IT teams.
