Qualifications

• Typically 6–10 years of experience in financial services governance, PMO, regulatory coordination or risk.
• Experience coordinating formal reviews and approval processes within a regulated environment.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex, multi-stage governance and regulatory approval processes.
• Manage several cases and approval pathways concurrently.
• Maintain clear visibility of case status, outstanding requirements and upcoming decisions.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, risk and control functions.
• Ensure participating stakeholders understand their responsibilities and required actions.
• Monitor progress against agreed timelines and governance requirements.
• Drive timely completion of coordination activities without assuming ownership of specialist decisions.
• Escalate delays, unresolved issues and significant dependencies through appropriate channels.
• Maintain structured trackers covering cases, approval stages, decisions and outstanding actions.
