Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Fintech or Finance field or equivalent.
5 years in Banking, Fintech or Finance Company.
ACAMS, CFE, or other compliance certifications.
Knowledge of UAE laws, regulations and GRC practices.

Responsibilities

Support design, implementation and monitoring of the regulatory compliance framework.
Ensure timely regulatory filings and returns.
Monitor changes in laws and guidelines; update policies and SOPs.
Conduct compliance testing and internal reviews.
Coordinate with risk, legal, operations, finance and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence.
Support regulatory inspections and audits; maintain trackers and documentation.
Escalate potential non-compliance to senior management; promote governance culture.
