Job summary

Dicetek UAE is seeking an experienced IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager for an on-site role in Dubai. The position demands a ~15-year background in IT governance, risk, compliance and IT management within banking environments.

You will drive risk assessment, control effectiveness, regulatory compliance and reporting in the IT division. The successful candidate will oversee IT governance policies, incident response coordination and regulatory engagements, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, Compliance and IT Management.
• Knowledge of banking systems and technology governance within banking/financial services.
• Experience with IT governance frameworks, controls and regulatory oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor enterprise IT risk management objectives and mandates.
• Establish and review Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes.
• Provide risk guidance and treatment options to reduce technology exposures.
• Report KRIs, evaluate control effectiveness, and escalate IT risks as needed.
• Lead IT audit, compliance activities and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain IT policies, standards, procedures and ISO governance adoption.
