Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking an IT Governance and Compliance Specialist for a full-time, on-site role. You will coordinate IT compliance activities across IT functions, monitor regulatory obligations (CB UAE), maintain a centralized compliance register, and report status to management.

A background in IT governance, IT compliance, IT audit or risk management with 5–8 years of experience is required; banking/financial services exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in IT governance, IT compliance, IT audit or risk management.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in banking/financial services may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT compliance activities across IT units and governance requirements.
• Monitor regulatory obligations and maintain a centralized IT compliance register.
• Provide management with accurate reporting on compliance status and actions.
• Coordinate remediation activities and track progress with stakeholders.
• Engage with Bank Compliance, Information Security and Risk Management teams.
