Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate formal reviews, approvals, governance committees and executive reporting.
• Professional certifications in PMO, risk, governance, or process improvement are advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and readiness for formal reviews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance processes across multiple functions and ensure timely outputs.
• Maintain governance records and trackers, escalating blockers as needed.
• Drive actions to closure without direct reporting authority and manage stakeholders.
• Prepare concise updates and governance materials for senior leadership.
