Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a Technology Policy and Governance Documentation Specialist for an on-site role in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate will develop, review and maintain technology policies, SOPs and governance documents within a regulated banking environment, translating complex requirements into clear, controlled documents.

Responsibilities include policy inventories, document ownership, version control and attestation processes, with a focus on accuracy, consistency and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical writing or policy writing.
• At least 3 years in banking or regulated financial services.
• Experience developing policies, SOPs and governance documents.
• Experience creating operating manuals and process documentation.
• Familiarity with document review, approvals, and version control.
• Experience maintaining document repositories and evidence records.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, audit, risk and controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain technology policies, SOPs and standards.
• Prepare governance documentation reflecting approved processes and controls.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear, practical documentation.
• Create operating manuals and process descriptions for technology activities.
• Ensure documentation follows standards, terminology and formatting.
• Coordinate document reviews and owner validation with stakeholders.
• Maintain policy inventories, ownership records and change logs.
• Draft governance frameworks and attestation documentation.
• Produce learning materials related to policies and procedures.
• Manage controlled repositories and evidence for audits.
