Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Policy & Documentation Specialist to develop, maintain and govern technology policies, SOPs and related artefacts. This role requires translating regulatory requirements into clear, controlled documents and coordinating change-control across the document lifecycle.

You will collaborate with IT GRC, Risk, Compliance, Audit and business units to capture requirements and ensure documentation is audit-ready.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in policy, procedure, SOP, governance, or technical documentation in banking or regulated environments.
• Strong business writing skills; able to simplify complex governance and regulatory concepts.
• Experience developing policies, procedures, standards, operating manuals, governance frameworks and process docs.
• Understanding of document governance, version control, review, approval and publication processes.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, audit, risk and control-management practices.
• Strong stakeholder-interviewing and information-gathering skills.
• High attention to detail, quality assurance, consistency and traceability.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint and document repositories.

Responsabilités

• Develop, review, and maintain technology policies, procedures, SOPs, governance documents, and standards.
• Translate business, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements into clear, controlled docs.
• Support policy and SOP inventory reviews, ownership validation, and version-control activities.
• Draft and maintain governance frameworks, attestation processes, learning materials, and monitoring procedures.
• Work with Technology, IT GRC, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and stakeholders to capture requirements and document approved processes.
• Manage document review, approval, publication, and change-control cycles.
• Maintain controlled document repositories, evidence registers, and revision histories.
• Ensure documentation remains aligned to standards and audit/regulatory review needs.
