Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Transformation and Governance Programme Manager to lead complex governance, transformation and audit-remediation initiatives within a banking/regulatory context. The role requires extensive programme experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and oversight of governance and reporting across multiple functions.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of project or programme management experience.
At least 5 years delivering complex transformation or governance initiatives within banking or other regulated industries.
Proven experience delivering transformation, governance, regulatory or audit-remediation programmes.
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders in complex environments.
Strong background in programme planning, dependency management and delivery monitoring.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and manage complex transformation, governance, compliance and audit-remediation programmes.
Develop and maintain integrated programme delivery plans covering milestones, workstreams and dependencies.
Establish and maintain RAID logs and governance documentation.
Prepare management packs, minutes and action follow-up records for governance reviews.
Deliver executive dashboards and management reports using Power BI and Excel.
Coordinate documentation and evidence for regulatory and audit milestones.
