Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in data governance or closely related data management.
Experience delivering data governance initiatives in regulated financial services is preferred.
Knowledge of enterprise data governance frameworks and metadata management.
Ability to document data lineage, ownership, and governance controls clearly.
Proficiency in SQL and producing governance reports.

Responsibilities

Maintain data ownership and stewardship records across domains.
Document critical data elements and governance requirements.
Coordinate governance activities with technology, risk and business stakeholders.
Develop and maintain metadata, business glossaries, and data definitions.
Support data-quality rule definition, monitoring and remediation tracking.
Prepare governance evidence and reports for stakeholders.
