Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Retail seeks a Senior Manager - Operational Excellence to standardize processes and drive transformation across Carrefour’s ecommerce and omnichannel operations in Dubai. Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, transformation, or retail/ecommerce operations.
• Strong experience designing SOPs and implementing process optimization.
• Knowledge of Lean, structured problem-solving, and transformation practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional change with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence initiatives across ecommerce fulfillment, store-linked activities, dark stores, and omnichannel execution.
• Assess operating models and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, governance and control.
• Design and standardize core processes to support reliable execution across formats.
• Develop and implement SOPs and operating frameworks aligned with business needs.
• Conduct diagnostics to identify bottlenecks and recurring issues.
• Lead improvements in demand forecasting for stores and DCs; review stock corrections.
