Job summary

CHANEL in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Omnichannel Project Manager to coordinate digital initiatives across the Middle East, aligning Business, Digital, Retail and Operations to deliver seamless client experiences.

You will translate strategic ambitions into structured projects, drive launch and run-phase optimization, and work with Legal, IT, Marketing and EU Digital teams to ensure operational readiness and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in project management, digital, E‑Commerce, retail or consulting.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead omnichannel initiatives from scoping to launch in the Middle East.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Digital, Retail and Operations.
• Translate strategic ambitions into structured projects with measurable business value.
• Ensure operational readiness and that initiatives deliver seamless client experience and impact.
