Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Omnichannel Project Manager to coordinate key digital initiatives across the Middle East, bridging Business, Digital, Retail and Operations. You will translate strategic goals into structured projects, drive scoping, development, launch and continuous improvement within Chanel Digital Commerce ecosystems.

Qualifications

Min 5 years of experience in project management, digital, E-Commerce, retail or consulting.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to structure priorities, coordinate stakeholders and follow through on execution.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver omnichannel initiatives across the Chanel Digital Commerce ecosystem, including e‑wholesale, Chanel.com, Hybrid models e‑services, loyalty, new client journeys and future channels.
Scoping, development, launch and run‑phase optimization of initiatives while ensuring operational readiness and measurable business value.
Collaborate with local experts and cross‑functional teams (Legal, IT, Media, Europe Digital) and external partners to translate strategy into actionable projects.
